Privacy Policy

The short version
Focus Remote collects no data. No analytics, no accounts, no server, no third parties. The app never sends anything anywhere except to the lighting console whose address you type in.
What the app stores
Your saved consoles (address, port, user, notes) and settings stay on your device, in the app’s own storage. Deleting the app deletes them. We cannot see them, and there is nowhere for them to be sent: there is no server.
What the app sends, and to whom
The app’s only network traffic is OSC messages to the console address you enter, over your local network — the keypad presses, status requests and replies that make the remote work. In Demo mode nothing leaves the device at all. The app makes no internet requests of its own: no analytics, no crash reporters, no advertising, no tracking of any kind.
Purchases
Subscriptions (Focus Remote Pro) are handled entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Apple processes your payment details under Apple’s own privacy policy; we never see them. The app reads your subscription state from StoreKit on the device — no account, no sign-in, no server check. A lapsed subscription never interrupts a show: Pro continues for 90 days past the expiry date.
This website
These pages are static files served from our own hosting. The site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads nothing from third parties — no fonts, no scripts, no trackers.

Your rights
Depending on where you live you may have rights of access, correction, export or erasure over data we hold (in practice: your email correspondence, since that is the only thing we could hold). Write to us and we will act on it.
